The Learners must possess:
● Level 6 Diploma or a bachelor’s degree or any other equivalent qualification
or
● 5 years or more of work experience in case you do not hold any formal qualification
and
● Learner must be 18 years or older at the beginning of the course

Progression
Successful completion of the MSc in Human Resource Management certification opens up a variety of academic pathways, including entry into a Level 8 DBA or PhD qualification in a related field or immediately into employment.

Stage 2 (Delivered by the University)
Stage 2 is delivered via distance learning from the partner university.
